I am very unhappy with this purchase because the item does not function! I called the WD customer service number and was told that I had to pay for the return postage for the item, even though it was sent to me as a defective piece. i am returning the item through amazon for a replacement -- that hopefully FUNCTIONS. But we shall see!

This product was recieved just as advertised and works very well. Very simple to use and extremely effective. My only complaint is that the packaging was VERY VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN. It literally took me almost an hour to get it out of the plastic and I scratched it in the process trying to cut the plastic open. I understand safety, but this was ridiculous!!!
