Product Description The Apple Wireless Keyboard has been completely redesigned to feature an elegant, ultra-thin anodized aluminum enclosure with low-profile keys that provide crisp, responsive feel. Use function keys for one-touch access to a quickly access features such as screen brightness, volume, eject, play/pause, fast-forward and rewind, Expose and Dashboard. Its compact design fits on your lap or even the most crowded desk. Bluetooth wireless technology lets you use it just about anywhere within 30 feet. The keyboard automatically powers down when you're not using it and turns on instantly as soon as you start typing. This intelligent power management means you'll get up to nine months of battery life with average usage. It also has an on/off switch for when you're away from your computer for a long time.

A pretty but worthless toy! December 26, 2008 LC Foodie (Oregon USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a very pretty little keyboard. I have had mine for quite awhile now. I hate it! The arrow keys, which I use often, are awkwardly placed. Other useful keys are missing entirely. The keyboard has such a low profile, that I have to place a 1/2 inch thick book under it, if I want to type with any kind of speed! I'm here today to buy a real keyboard!
Not worth it.... December 26, 2008 T. Eakes (Haymarket, VA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The keyboard offers nothing. Unless you need a lot less space on your desk ... there are no keys on it that you use on a regular basis (key pad, delete key, page up, page down) ... so unless you REALLY need more space (i.e. 5 inches) there is no need in buying it. The keyboard itself, however, does work well. I like the layout of the keys and the quietness of it, but in general I would much rather have those keys that I use on a daily (hourly) basis.
great product December 22, 2008 P. Patel (USA) battery last a long time, very useful and well designed product, anyone that sees me with it always asks about it.
Great travel keyboard December 12, 2008 Kraig L. Tytus (Los Angeles, CA) a nice small compact keyboard that travels well and will fit nicely into a laptop bag. love the feel of the keys and the blu tooth works perfectly, no problems at all
Nice, but a battery compartment defect is rampant December 9, 2008 J. Mitchell Haile (San Jose, CA USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this keyboard less than 8 months ago. It's a nice keyboard--small desktop footprint, decent battery life, keys are fine if you like this style of key. But there's a common problem with these keyboards. If you search Google or Apple's support forums you'll find hundreds or thousands of people with a problem that causes the keyboard to cease operation. Folks have reported getting a "no questions asked replacement" from Apple Stores. I haven't tried this yet but plan to shortly. Apparently there's some kind of problem with the battery compartment. Mine no longer turns on. I've tried about 20 brand new batteries of various manufacturers (all ones you'd recognize). Some folks have suggested something about the compartment causes electrical contact to wear out over time. So until I get around to going to the Apple store and paying for parking at the mall, I have a keyboard that doesn't work--I've owned plenty of cheaper wireless keyboards from Logitech and Microsoft; never had this kind of problem. Why can't Apple use a regular battery compartment? But as long as it works, it _is_ a nice piece of hardware. It just sucks when it ceases operation.
